Instructions for Remote Support

Please follow the steps below to prepare your computer for a support session.

⚠️ Important: start only upon request
Only launch this software when explicitly instructed to do so by Personal C.A.R.E. Center. Do not start the software on your own initiative and never share the ID with others.

Step 1 – Download the support software

Go to the following link to download the dedicated TeamViewer client:
Quicksupport

The file is named TeamViewerQS.exe and has been specifically configured for support by Personal C.A.R.E. Center..

Step 2 – Open the downloaded file

Navigate to your Downloads folder (or the folder where your browser saves files) and double-click TeamViewerQS.exe to start the program.

If Windows displays a security prompt (“Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”), click Yes. This is normal behavior for support software.

Step 3 – Wait until TeamViewer has fully started

The program will launch. A small window will appear displaying a numeric ID (a sequence of 9 to 10 digits). This may take a few seconds. Please leave the program open and do not close the window.

Step 4 – Provide the ID to Peter Jansen

Communicate the ID shown in the TeamViewer window to Personal C.A.R.E. Center. This can be done via phone, email, or chat, depending on your method of communication.

The ID consists of 9 or 10 digits, for example: 123 456 789. It can be found in the top-left corner of the window.

Step 5 – Wait for the connection

Once you have provided the ID, Personal C.A.R.E. Center will establish a connection to your computer. You will see this on your screen once the connection has been made.

You may terminate the session at any time by closing the TeamViewer window or by clicking the “Disconnect” button.

💶 Please note: this is a paid service

The remote support provided is a paid service. The costs will be discussed with you either before or after the session. Personal C.A.R.E. Center will inform you of the applicable rates and the billing method.
